To pursue such opportunities, the first steps are:
Attain an agricultural qualification. There are many excellent agricultural course options: Teagasc colleges, institutes of technology, universities.
Gain hands-on experience from expert farmers. Young farmers must develop their life and farming skills. Time spent on good commercial farms stands to those who wish to develop their farming careers.
