Massey Ferguson has expanded its compact tractor lineup with the new 2M range. The new 50-65hp range comprises three models.
The new 2.4l 2M.50 (49hp), 2M.55 (54hp) and 2M.65 (65hp) replace the previous 1750 M and 1765 M. The newcomers feature Massey’s current generation styling, a revised dashboard, and an improved layout and new steering wheel.
The 2M.50 is fitted with a hydrostatic transmission as standard, while the 2M.55 comes fitted with a 12x12 mechanical power shuttle. Meanwhile, the range-topping 2M.65 can be specified with either. Air conditioning is fitted as standard on the two smaller models, while the larger model is available with a cab or open platform ROPS. Hydraulic flow is up to 48.1l/min while lift capacity is 1,600kg.
1M updates
Meanwhile, two larger models have joined the 1M series. These include the 1M.35 (35hp) and 1M.40 (40hp) bringing the compact line-up to nine models from 20hp to 65hp.
Two further additions include new MF 1E.40 (40hp) and MF 2E.55 (54hp) models, replacing the MF 1750 E and MF 1755 E respectively, suited to users requiring a cost-effective compact option. The 1E comes with an eight-speed mechanical transmission and offers a 1t lift capacity.

A more cost effective 1E.40 and 2E.55 model are now also offered.
The hydraulic system offers a flow rate of 28.3l/min. Meanwhile, the 2E is equipped with a 12-speed mechanical transmission, 1.2t lift capacity and 32l/min hydraulic system. The 1E is available with an open platform ROPS while the 2E is available with an open platform and a folding ROPS frame.
New model production started in late 2025, and first customer deliveries commenced in the first quarter of this year.
