BKT has launched a new Agrimax V-Flecto tyre, available in a wide range of sizes and suited for tractors working freshly tilled soil which becomes soft and unstable, according to the company.
One of this tyre’s distinctive features, according to the Indian tyre maker, is the innovative VF technology, which enables the transport of 40% heavier loads compared with a standard tyre at the same inflation pressure.
The self-cleaning capability is another valuable feature of the Agrimax V-Flecto according to BKT, which helps keep the lugs clean even in the toughest conditions.

This preserves traction throughout the entire workday, while the lateral stability provided by the tyre’s robust construction improves accuracy and operator comfort.
“VF technology directly translates into a key benefit for rotary tilling, since operating at lower pressures results in a wider footprint on the ground, helping to distribute the tractor’s weight over a larger surface area and thus drastically reducing the compaction of freshly tilled soil,” explains field engineering director at BKT Europe Piero Torassa.
