Clonmel-based PF Quirke & Co has a pair of medium sized non-residential properties listed for public auction in mid-April.
The auctions will take place in their auction rooms at 44 Gladstone Street, Clonmel, Co Tipperary, on Tuesday 14 April.
The first of the two is a 17.5ac block of top-quality agricultural land at Kilmacomma, Clonmel, which will sell at noon.
This land has extensive frontage to both R671 road, the main Clonmel to Dungarvan road, and a tertiary road.
The main access point is from the local road. All in one block, the land is currently in grass and there is a pen and cattle handling facilities present.
The second property, a 30ac field at Cleragh, Killenaule, sells later that afternoon.
Going under the hammer at 3pm, it is expected to draw a lot of interest and also is in one block and has frontage on to two roads.
Free-draining limestone land, it is excellent quality and has a paddock system in place.
There is a livestock holding area on the land as well as a cattle crush and two small buildings making it a potentially useful addition as an outside block to an existing farm looking to expand.
Auctioneer, Pat Quirke expects good competition for both holdings and is guiding them in the region of €15,000/ac to €16,000ac.

This 30ac filed at at Cleragh, Killenaule will be sold by public auction on 14 April.
