A large non-residential farm in Co Monaghan is heading for auction in early April. Listed with Co Cavan auctioneer, Eamonn Gaffney, the 86ac roadside farm at Tonagimsy, Drum is all in one block. Currently all in permanent pasture, it is divided into a number of large fields and has ample road frontage.

Well fenced, there is a water supply on the farm as well as access off both the public road and a farm roadway. There are no entitlements included in the sale.

Close to the border between Cavan and Monaghan, this farm is within 5km of Cootehill.

It is being offered for auction in lots. Lot 1 comprises of 33.4ac while Lot 2 includes 53.2ac along with livestock accommodation and animal handling facilities. The entire is offered in Lot 3.
