Saturday was a jam-packed day in the pedigree world, with a number of sales taking place both here and across the water. One of the biggest sales in Ireland was the Irish Hereford breed society premier sale in Tullamore. The strange times we’re currently experiencing meant buyers were scarce on the ground due to restrictions, but online buyer activity helped boost trade. While the top price was much improved on the year at €4,600, overall the bull trade struggled.
