Glanbia Agribusiness, Ireland’s largest agri-retailer, has launched an online vet store. The website is www.glanbiaagri.ie and it will sell a wide range of animal health and veterinary products.
Glanbia is promising that orders placed before 12pm, will be delivered next day throughout the Republic of Ireland. Customers can pay with credit card or link an existing Glanbia credit facility to their account. The user-friendly site allows products to be searched for by animal, illness or active ingredient.
It will also be a source of information for farmers with up-to-date content from Glanbia nutritionists, tillage advisers and vets. Senan Foley, head of online for Glanbia Agribusiness, said it will be bringing new services to products online.

With farmers busier than ever, they are embracing new technologies to access information and purchase products. Farmersjournal.ie has seen significant traffic growth since its redesign.
