Aurivo will offer its suppliers in the Republic of Ireland a fixed milk price of 31.7c/l (excluding VAT) from January 2018.
Aurivo suppliers in Northern Ireland will also be able to apply to the scheme, being offered 29p/l for their milk.
Suppliers who choose to participate will receive the fixed price on up to 10% of their monthly supply for 36 months, beginning in January 2018.
A special allocation will apply to new entrants to dairying who commenced milking after 1 January 2016.
The closing date for applications is Wednesday 22 November 2017.
The scheme is open to all milk suppliers and participation is voluntary. However, applicants must be certified in the Bord Bia Sustainable Dairy Assurance Scheme to be eligible.
Announcing the scheme, Aurivo chief executive Aaron Forde said: “In what is a very challenging time, Aurivo is committed to supporting milk suppliers so I would encourage suppliers to give serious consideration to participating in this scheme.”
