The board of Arrabawn Tipperary Co-op has approved an October milk price reduction of 3.33c/l ex-VAT.
The move leaves the base price suppliers will receive from the co-op at 37.71c/l, with qualifying suppliers to receive an additional 0.75c/l sustainability payment.
Arrabawn Tipperary has said that average farmgate milk prices for October at delivered constituents comes to 49.80c/l when excluding VAT and the sustainability payment.

Lakeland Dairies and Dairygold have also announced September milk price reductions for their suppliers.
