Lakeland Dairies set a January base milk price of 31.34c/l excluding VAT, in addition to a 0.48c/l excluding VAT sustainability payment for eligible suppliers and a 1.91c/l excluding VAT input cost support payment.
A 0.96c/l excluding VAT early calving bonus and a 4.78c/l excluding VAT out-of-season bonus will be paid by Lakeland Dairies on qualifying January supplies.
Kerry Dairy Ireland suppliers are due to receive 31.67c/l excluding VAT in base price, milk quality bonus and sustainability payments before a 2.87c/l January top-up is added to qualifying supplies. Tirlán’s board followed through on its previous commitment to hold December’s base price of 33.95c/l excluding VAT out to February and to pay a seasonality bonus of 6.78c/l excluding VAT in addition to the 0.48c/l sustainability payment.

Tirlán is to shoulder the 0.28c/l gap at standard constituents created by a Budget 2026 change to flat-rate VAT refunds too.
The base price plus milk quality and sustainability payments due to Dairygold suppliers for last month stands at 34.49c/l, with a 6.99c/l excluding VAT early calving top up also on the way for qualifying January supplies.
