Connemara native Emma O’Sullivan is one of Ireland’s best known Sean Nós dancers.
The Galway girl has just released her debut dvd, Step by Step, which features a journey through the history of sean nós dancers. It includes suitable demonstrations from Emma which are sure to delight dancers and enthusiasts alike. In 2009, at the age of 24, she won the All-Ireland Sean-Nós dancing title at Oireachtas na Samhna in Letterkenny.
Emma is best known for her successful appearances on The All Ireland Talent Show which has made her a household name in Ireland and abroad.

The dvd was shot on location around Galway, Connemara and The Burren. It features tuition on 14 steps, designed for both beginners and improvers. It will make a nice Christmas gift for those with a special fondness for this kind of dancing which has deep roots in Connemara.
