Kerry Agribusiness has decided to lift the November base milk price by 0.5c/litre to 29.9c/litre, excluding VAT, at 3.3% protein and 3.6% fat.
A spokesperson for Kerry said: "Our Kerry Group base price for November milk supplies is 31.5c/litre, VAT inclusive. Based on average November milk solids, the price return including vat and bonuses is 40.568c/litre"
Last week Lakeland Dairies lifted its base milk price for November through a 0.94c/litre unconditional special bonus, bringing prices to 31.54c/litre, excluding VAT, at 3.3% protein and 3.6% fat.
Glanbia left its base price unchanged at 29.4c/litre, but introduced a special Biodiversity bonus of 0.5 c/litre for all November milk supplies, which will bring its November base price to 29.9c/litre, excluding VAT, at 3.3% protein and 3.6% fat.
