This new machine aims to minimise damage in cereal and grassland spreading operations while boosting the load carrying capacity of the tractor and spreader combination.

The fact that the spreader is not carried on the tractor means that a smaller and lighter tractor can be used spreading as spreading fertilizer is no a power demanding job.

The machine called the FSB 101 costs €3,600, plus VAT, and is designed to suit any make of three-point linkage mounted fertilizer spreader. It is fitted with 400/60 15.5 BKT low ground pressure tyres to minimise compaction.

The bogie can be fitted with an optional variable width axle and there are three forward mounting positions, as well four height mounting positions. It comes complete with a heavy duty top link for spreader attachment. It has a solid drawbar leg to allow the machine to be parked separate from the tractor for filling.

There are plastic mudguards fitted for longer life and less splash when on the road.

The machine comes with a wide angle pto shaft for easy turning. It has LED lights for long life and an aluminium ladder for hopper access.
