Applications are now being sought from beef and dairy farmers to be part of a new CAFRE-led Innovation Farms project.

Initially, seven beef farms – including both suckler and beef-finishing units – and seven dairy farms will be appointed, with other sectors to follow later in the year.

Successful applicants will be farmers who enjoy hosting visitors and can demonstrate how innovative approaches have been integrated into their businesses.
