There is no change to the price paid by Lakeland for February milk when compared to the previous month.
It means that Lakeland has kept its base at 26.3p/l for the third month in a row.
The co-op has also retained a 1.75p/l input support payment which was paid on January supplies.
With a 3p/l winter bonus to be added in, it leaves the starting point for Lakeland suppliers unchanged at 31.05p/l.
The 3p/l winter bonus drops off in March.
Commenting on the latest global outlook, Lakeland said markets continue to show signs of recovery, despite milk flows remaining strong.
Dutch prices
That is reflected in the latest European dairy prices quoted by the Dutch Dairy Board on Wednesday.
Butter was up another €300 to €4,700/t and, compared to the start of February, the price has risen by €750/t.
Whole milk powder increased by €100 to now stand at €3,350/t, an increase of €280/t since early February.
Skim milk powder was up €10 at €2,550/t, which is €260/t more than the price recorded in early February.
Record year
Meanwhile, figures published by DAERA show 2025 was another record year for milk output in NI, with 2.82 billion litres of milk produced.
That total is up 7.8% on the 2024 total and is the largest year-on-year increase in output seen since 2014. When compared to 2014, production in 2025 was up by 28%.
