In November, Westmeath dairy farmer Aisling Neville joined the Lakeland Dairies board.
The Offaly woman runs a 150-cow dairy herd in Moate, Co Westmeath.
Following a keenly contested election, she was elected to the Lakeland board for a five-year term.
On this week's podcast, Aisling talks through crossing the county border to milk cows, her election to the board, milk prices and, of course, there's a quickfire round.
