Prices held steady at this week’s Global Dairy Trade auction, with prices up marginally by 0.9%. The main movers at Tuesday’s event were anhydrous milk fat, up 5.3%, and butter prices, up 1.2%. The only other dairy product that recorded an increase was whole milk powder, which was up 0.6%.
