How to Cook Well with Rory O’Connell starts on Wednesday 11 March at 7.30pm on RTÉ One. Rory has more than 30 years’ cookery teaching experience, having co-founded the Ballymaloe Cookery School with his sister Darina Allen. In this new series, Rory introduces easy but essential techniques that every cook needs to know. His series differs from others because the programmes are based around techniques that every serious cook should master, such as roasting, pan-grilling, making emulsion sauces, using gelatine and baking fish on the bone. Be sure to tune in to catch the delicious recipes.
