I see shoppers in the German town of Burgsinn weren’t the only ones flocking to the January sales. Early last week, video footage was doing the rounds of a flock of 50 sheep who ventured into a Penny supermarket in the Bavarian town.
Apparently, they broke away from a larger group of 500 ewes and lambs as they were being moved. They spent 20 minutes browsing the aisles, broke a few glass bottles and left their mark on the floor before leaving, just as their owner, Dieter Michler, arrived.
