Leadership roles in Scotland

If you are looking to progress your career in dairying further, Farming Partners has two senior managing farm partner roles on separate farms near Dumfries in Scotland.

These are senior, hands-on managing partner roles, with responsibility for day-to-day leadership, leading and supporting people on site, delivering performance against agreed KPIs and working in partnership with landowners and the wider Farming Partners team.

One role is at Dalswinton, a well-established operation, milking approximately 800 cows across 450ha and rearing its own youngstock.

The second role is at Third Farm, which is being converted this year with new parlour and infrastructure, and will be readied for calving in 2027 with a target herd of around 600 cows.

Package

For the right people, Farming Partners offers a competitive package, alongside scope for investment in cows and the opportunity to grow your own business within the Farming Partner's model.

Both roles are expected to start in summer 2026. The deadline to apply is 16 February 2026.
