Another sizeable farm has just been brought to the market in Co Meath over the past week, following the recent launch of 143 acres situated at The Graigs, Dunmoe, Navan. This latest arrival comprises an c.85-acre non-residential tillage farm, situated at Warrenstown, Augherskea, Drumree, Co Meath, and conveniently located off the main Trim/Dublin road.

Brought to the market by private treaty through Ganly Walters, Dublin, the property is set out in one 85-acre block that gradually slopes down to a bounding river.

Presently in stubble and grass, the land is laid out in four big workable fields that are accessed from a decent farm roadway.

The land is reported to be “good quality Meath land” with a small section at the back that would benefit from some attention.

It’s also suggested the property would lend itself to the construction of a house, subject to the appropriate planning permission. The guide price is €760,000 or almost €9,000/acre.
