Friday

According to Met Éireann, high pressure conditions continue into Friday and due to this, dry and sunny conditions remain widespread across the country.

Highest temperatures will once again reach as high as 25°C through Connacht, Ulster and north Leinster, but it will be cooler in Munster and south Leinster.

Saturday

Saturday will continue in the same vein, with dry, sunny weather in light to moderate southeast winds.

Highest afternoon temperatures will be in the mid- to high-20s widely across the country, but slightly cooler in southern and eastern coastal areas.

The high pressure system persists over northern Scandinavia, giving us the southeast wind from continental Europe. Overnight, lowest temperatures of 9°C to 11°C are likely.

Sunday

Sunday will again be warm, dry and sunny as the high pressure stays around Scandinavia, bringing us southeasterly winds.

Highest afternoon temperatures will remain in the mid- to high-20s widely across the country, but, again, in those southeasterly winds, it will be cooler on southern and eastern coastal areas. Overnight lowest temperatures of 9°C to 11°C are expected.
