Continental-cross heifers sold on average from €4.30/kg to €4.80/kg, with a dozen top-quality lots topping this range and selling to upwards of €5/kg.
Store bullocks ranged from 400kg to 600kg, with few slaughter-fit animals on offer, with prices following a similar trend to heifers.
Weanling bulls averaged around the €4.50/kg mark.
