Two large blocks of good tillage land have come on the market near Delvin, Co Westmeath. One is 85ac, the other 168ac. They have been brought to the market by joint agents Lydon Farrell Property and Raymond Potterton Auctioneers and will be offered at public auction. The guide price for both blocks is €12,000/ac.

Both blocks of land have been in tillage for years and are set up for large machinery. There are wide entrance gates at the road. All of the ground can be ploughed and there is no waste. The two blocks are approximately 6km apart.

The 85ac portion is at Ballynagall, Delvin and 1km from Collinstown on the R395 Collinstown to Delvin road. The holding is approximately 8km from Delvin and close to the N52 and N51 road networks.

This is the 85ac at Ballynagall.

It lies in one big field and was in a crop this year. The land is described as being of the highest quality and suitable for dairy, tillage or any other agricultural use.

The larger block is at Ballynaskeagh, Delvin. Ballynaskeagh is approximately 2km west of Delvin close to the N52 and N51 road networks.This land is also laid out in one very large field and had a crop this year.
