The forest is a Sitka spruce plantation which was planted in 1986. It was thinned twice and has a high yield class.

No further forestry premiums remain to be claimed on this land.

A clearfelling licence has been obtained for this forestry. The licence number is TFL00456920 and it is valid until June 2029.

Following clearfelling, the Replanting Obligation is for 100% Sitka spruce, which adds to the commercial attractiveness of the land.

A forest road network is in place.

The asking price is €550,000 – but the vendor is open to offers.
