The longevity of their business comes down to exquisite meals using the best of Irish and local ingredients, served in a relaxed setting. This year, Paul will be our guest chef at the ploughing stand, with two slots at lunchtime on Wednesday and Thursday.
His three-course lunch will be inspirational yet very achievable for visitors to perfect at home. And get ready, as Paul will be putting some of the team to work with a fun competition to really test their kitchen skills.
