I see Glanbia has appointed John Dardis as its new US-based director (senior vice-president) for US corporate affairs.

For the past five years the highly regarded Kildare man was the Department of Agriculture’s agricultural attaché, based at the Irish embassy in Washington. For his new role, the agricultural science graduate will be based in Chicago.
