Cattle and sheep have been showing all morning while the blade sheep shearing final at 2.30pm is expected to attract a big crowd. Pigs, goats and horses are also being judged in various rings around the show.

Dexter cattle proved popular with the young people earlier this morning, as did the poultry section where the judging has finished.

There are tractors and machinery aplenty on display, as well as farm buildings and apparatus. There are approximately 650 stands here this year, which gives an indication of just how popular the show has become.
