Having worked in the dairy industry for 24 years, she set up Student Programmes Ireland, which brings overseas students to rural Ireland to learn English. Her brainchild saw her win the Entrepreneur of the Year and Best Service Limerick titles at the National Enterprise Awards and she also won Network Ireland’s Limerick Business Woman of the Year award too.
