SlurryKat will debut its brand new Premium Plus 1,400m front umbilical hose reeler, alongside its extensive suite of slurry handling equipment designed to suit all customer types.
The new patent-pending Premium Plus 1,400m front reeler features a protected two-speed drive system and a slimline chassis. Thanks to its design, it is capable of carrying 40% more hose, while remaining the same width as the 1,000m front reeler.
SlurryKat will also show a 12m Premium Plus dribble bar, 9m Farmline trailing shoe, 65m3 mobile nurse tank, 3,000-gallon and 5,500-gallon Premium Plus tankers, as well as pumping and mixing equipment. A 25t multipurpose dump silage trailer model will also feature.
Both a 3,000-gallon and 5,500-gallon Premium Plus slurry tanker will feature on the stand.
Last year, SlurryKat expanded its Farmline trailing shoe range to include 9m and 10.5m models. Claiming to be the lightest on the market, the 9m model weighs 600kg and features unique inverted booms in transport position.
The design uses hydraulic ‘flip-up’ shoes on its central and outer sections to leave headland turns more easily navigated. This avoids the need of folding in order to reverse – all the operator does is flip up the shoe and carry on, before resuming work.
The 9m Farmline trailing shoe claims to be the lightest of its kind on the market.
A shear bolt crash protection system is fitted as standard to protect the outer booms. As with all SlurryKat applicators, it uses its own proven macerator.
