Popular seeding technology manufacturer APV, has released two new control boxes, namely the Easy Control and Profi Control.
Starting off with the more basic Easy Control, APV claims to be announcing the control box of the future.
This new model is a successor to the established control box 5.2, and offers numerous improvements to make users' daily tasks more convenient.
This includes less cables in the cab, a more modern menu navigation and intelligent additional functions for greater clarity and ease of use. Existing users can also benefit from the advantages by upgrading from the previous 5.2 terminal.
Although previewed at Agritechnica, Easy Control is still in development. A pre-production series is currently in the pipeline, with full production set to follow shortly afterwards.

Profi control
Profi control is APV’s solution for farmers/contractors who want to use an APV IsoBus device but whose tractor is not IsoBus-equipped. The modern touch display features an intuitive menu navigation, clear display and simple operation. Its smart slim design allows for all functions clearly displayed on one screen.
APV are describing it as the ideal unit for farms or contracting businesses with multiple tractors or shared equipment where not every tractor is IsoBus-compatible.
