New Q-Bed diesel and electric cubicle bedder models

Plant Mec showed its latest Q-Bed 324 E electric battery power model alongside the new 326 models.
Armagh-based self-propelled cubicle bedder manufacturer, Plant Mec, showcased its latest Q-Bed 325 E electric battery power model alongside the brand new 326 models.
As an alternative to the trusty 10.2hp Hatz diesel engine, the Q-Bed 325 E electric model is equipped with a heavy-duty 100Ah lithium-ion battery, which allows for one hour run time on a full charge. Total charge time is four hours using a standard mains power supply.
The unit features a switchable low-power and high-power mode. Otherwise, dimensions and performance of the 3WD machine are identical to its proven diesel counterpart.
The new Q-Bed 326 model was also on display. It replaces the widely popular 324 diesel model and includes a number of subtle updates. The more prominent updates include the ability to engage the brush independent of the hopper auger and blower as well as a switchable 1WD and 3WD transmission.
