The property is just east of Dunderry and boasts over 350m of frontage on the Dunderry to Navan road. It’s zoned agricultural but given that it is located within the village there could be some long-term development potential.
The area is seen as a very desirable address within the county and is conveniently located close to main roads such as the N51 and the M3. Less than an hour’s drive from Dublin, this farm is about 8km from both Trim and Navan while Athboy is 10km away.
Auctioneer, Stephen Barry says, “This is exceptional land on what I would say is one of the best veins of land in Co Meath and it’s a magnificent farm with obvious potential.
“They have minimum waste and it has a very deep drainage system. You wouldn’t find a puddle in the place. The tillage land has grown maize in recent years and given high yields.”
He is guiding this property in the region of €1.5m to €1.6m. This is in line with a number of other properties in this area of Co Meath that has sold of late.
