The Royal Ulster Agricultural Society (RUAS) has announced that the 2021 Balmoral Show will move from its usual May date for one year only.
The show will instead take place at Balmoral Park, Lisburn, from Wednesday 22 September to Saturday 25 September 2021.
RUAS chief executive Alan Crowe said: "It was a huge disappointment for so many when we had to cancel this year’s show due to the ongoing pandemic and so we are pleased to bring Balmoral back for 2021.
“We believe that moving the show to mid-September allows more time for restrictions to be eased, the roll-out of the vaccine to take place and life to get back to normality.”
The 2022 show is scheduled to take place from 11 to 14 May.
