I see that LacPatrick has elected a new board after suppliers went to a Lisbon Treaty-like second round of voting in June. The new board has decreased in size, from 25 to 15. As part of the new structures, an elected 60-member council will deal with membership and share issues, as well as letting members on the ground know the goings-on in the co-op.
