Receptionist extraordinaire at the Irish Farm Centre Helen Guinan visited Brussels this month to finally meet those EU officials she regularly chats to on the phone.

She was invited to the EU Parliament by Mairead McGuinness MEP, who brought Helen and Maura Canning of the IFA, on a whirlwind tour of the Parliament complex and the EU Commission. She also visited Rue de Treves where IFA and other farmer organisations have their Brussels offices.
