I had a bit of heartening correspondence from a reader recently.
The man in question, Maurice Keady, works in Silawrap, and happened to be in New Zealand for work.
Maurice had a bit of a “selling snow to the Eskimos” moment.

However, and thankfully, the snow in this case is Irish milk and the Eskimos were the Kiwis.
When he went to make a cup of tea, he was met with Lakeland Dairies milk in the fridge. As Maurice said himself it’s “a good news story for Irish agriculture and the dairy co-ops”. That’s for sure!
