I had a nice little giggle last week when reading some long-winded document about regional veterinary labs. It was a report on the number of animals sent in for postmortem and the reasons why they died.
This particular line got me going: “A five-month-old calf was submitted to Kilkenny RVL with a history of sudden death.” Well, now, if cats have nine lives, this heifer must have had a fair few too. Up until obviously, they ran out of them.
