The forecast for the Ploughing site at Fenagh is for any cloud to clear by 10am, with temperatures set to peak at 22°C around 4pm.

ANC payments
In more good news outside of the weather, Minister for Agriculture Michael Creed has announced that payments worth €168.5m under the 2019 Areas of Natural Constraints Scheme (ANC) have started to roll this week to almost 79,000 farmers.
Payments under the ANC Scheme will now be delivered in two instalments, with 85% advance payments issuing initially and a 15% balancing payment issuing from early December.
