The ‘European dairy - where nature meets science’ campaign, which will commence in June 2025, aims to position the EU as a leader in the supply of value-add dairy ingredients.
There will be an increased demand for adult dairy nutrition in South East Asia in the coming years as the population is predicted to grow by a further 100m by 2050.
The Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture is set to lead Ireland’s agri-food trade mission to Thailand and Vietnam in cooperation with Bord Bia.
Ahead of the upcoming trade mission, Bord Bia Asia, Africa and Middle East manager Ciaran Gallagher examines where Vietnam and Thailand fit into Irish agri-food exports.
