Positive Easter week for sheep producers
It has been a positive week for sheep producers. Those lambing at present are being met with ideal weather conditions, while producers trading hoggets and spring lambs benefitted from the trade rebounding positively and prices increasing. Sheep grazing on The Curragh early in the morning this week. \ Claire Nash
Setting maize in Halfway, Co Cork
Shane O’Leary, working for contractor Mark Troy, setting P8201 maize at a rate of 100,000 seeds per hectare at Templemichael, Halfway, Co Cork.
