Quinn Property has a pair of Co Wicklow farms going for online auction on Thursday 31 March.

First up is a circa-36ac block of land at Knockanooker, Knockananna, Arklow.

Close to the Wicklow Mountains, the land is all in one block and is situated 5km north of the village of Knockananna.

This farm is 12km west of Aughrim, 10km from Hackettstown and an hour south of Dublin.

Land layout

Located along a cul-de-sac roadway, the lands are divided by the road with circa-15ac and farmyard on the eastern side, with the remaining land to the west.

The second online auction on the day is the sale of a circa-8.7ac holding at Coolafunshoge, Tinahely, Co Wicklow. Located 2km from Tinahely village, the land is accessed off a laneway from the public road. This parcel of land is suitable for forestry use and guided at €4,000/ac. Both properties are on sale on the LSL platform at 4pm on Thursday 31 March.
