The Redmond family’s farm in Gorey, Co Wexford, is a dairy calf to beef enterprise which supplies the family's two hotels in the town. Buying in 550 Angus heifers from dairy herds every year, they recently won a silver medal at the world meat awards.

Animal health is a key priority within the farm and I visited them to take a look at their system.
