Canadian firm BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products) has unveiled a new addition to its Can-Am Traxter side-by-side (UTV) vehicle family for 2021.

Can-Am says the new Traxter PRO DPS HD10 T-Category is built to take the hardworking UTV vehicle experience to the next level.

This the first Can-Am Traxter to feature an anti-lock braking system (ABS), which is optimised for off-road use.

It also has a six-foot/180cm multifunctional cargo box along with a lower box storage area accessible from both sides. This long cargo box doubles loading capacity (544kg) compared to the regular box.

The Traxter PRO DPS HD10 is now equipped with a lighter and reinforced frame which the firm says helps enhance ride quality. It comes with a 1,000cc, 82hp Rotax HD10 engine that offers 69 lb-ft (94 Nm) of torque.

Weighing in at 831.5kg, the machine has a towing capacity of 1,134kg.

Prices for the new model start at €18,291.90 (£17,749.17) plus VAT.
