My teenage years were spent between the covers of Jane Austen novels. That’s where all my romances happened. I fell in love with Mr Darcy so many times. Pride & Prejudice was my favourite. I read it over and over. Emma came second. None escaped me, though. Jane Austen’s stories were a lovely gentle way to learn about love, humanity and society. I am so glad to be reminded of them and the influence they had on me. I am absolutely sure that they are one of the reasons I spend my time lost in other worlds, playing with the lives of people I create. Thank you, Ms Austen.
