Traffic in the town of New Ross in Co Wexford was cut down to one lane yesterday evening, after a truck partly shed its load of straw on O’Hanrahan’s Bridge.

After about two hours, the majority of the straw was cleared off the bridge and all lanes were open, with traffic flowing.

It is unclear as to how the truck managed to partly shed the load of straw and I wouldn’t particularly fancy having to be the one to clear it up.
