Kai Restaurant in Galway has teamed up with Dearbhla Reynolds of The Cultured Club to present a tasty afternoon of funky ferments, bringing the basic tools to your kitchen to help you create living food for a happy, healthy gut.
“Go Ferment Yourself” will take place in Kai Restaurant on Sea Road on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 April from 1pm to 4pm. Spaces (€50) are seriously limited so pre-booking is essential. Email Dearbhla at info@culturedclub.com to secure your place.
