Continue planting winter wheat at 280-320 seeds/m2 or 140-160 kg/ha (9-10 st/ac) for 50g seed. Winter barley planting should be completed shortly, targeting 350 seeds/m2 with 175 kg/a (11 st/ac) for 50g seed (depends on variety and seed source). Complete oat planting at 140-155 kg/ha (9-10 st/ac) for 350-380 seeds from 40g seed.

Pay heed to soil fertility, especially with winter barley. Have lime right and apply some P and K in the seedbed if soil test values are low. This is a basic requirement to help build yield potential.
